(1). To return defective items, you must request an RMA Number (control number for Return Merchandise Authorization) with this RMA Request Form
and properly describe reason for each item you wish to return then Fax it to  BCC RMA Dept. at  (909) 839-2529 or E-mail it to: rma@bccpc.com.
An RMA Number will be duly assigned and send back to you.
(2). No RMA Number will be issued without Original Invoice Number for each item.  All RMA Numbers are valid for 15 days only.
(3). All RMA Items must be received by BCC before the warranty expiration date which begins from date of Original Invoice.
(4). All computer cases bear 30 (thirty) days limited warranty and it is 1 (one) year for all other items.
All RMA computer cases must be returned with original packages.  All Power Supplies must be returned clean W/O added Marking.
(5). NO CROSS SHIPMENT will be processed.  All RMA items must be returned and received by BCC before any RMA process starts.
(6). All RMA Numbers must be shown on the outside packages.  Package(s) without RMA Number will be rejected and returned to the shipper.
(7). Absolutely No "COD" or "Freight Collect"  RMA shipment will be acceptable.
